Refund Policy

The short version

Seven-day money-back. No questions. Buy Marje, use it for a week, refund if it is not for you. We do not make you justify it.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Tell us "refund please." Done. We process within two business days. Stripe usually returns funds to your card in 3–5 business days after that.

What is refundable

• Lifetime license — full refund within seven days of purchase.
• Modules — full refund within fourteen days of purchase, whether you installed it or not.

What is not refundable

• Purchases older than seven days (lifetime) or fourteen days (modules), unless we genuinely shipped you something broken.
• Enterprise contracts — governed by your separate agreement, not this policy.

If something is broken

If a paid feature does not work the way the docs say it should, we refund regardless of how old the purchase is. Send us a description of what is broken plus the version you are on (Settings › bottom of the page).
